Duties:
- Take food and beverage orders from hotel guests
- Maintain familiarity with all menu items
- Serve food and beverage in accordance with company standards, but above all in a professional, courteous manner
- Clean designated areas, in accordance with company procedures, including opening and closing routines and following hygiene requirements
- Clean and refill condiments for each table
- Delivery and pick up of guest trays and tables
- Ensure accuracy of the billing
- Attend meetings and training courses as required
Key Qualifications:
Must have valid Smart Serve Certification
Must be have open availability (7 days per week)including evenings, weekends and holidays
Work will be scheduled 5 days with two days off per week.
